The postgraduate (Master’s or Doctorate by research) must be from an Australian institution, with at least 2 years of study. It must be in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or information and communication technology (ICT) fields.
The qualification must meet the Australian study requirement and have been obtained while living and studying in a designated regional area of Australia. Study completed by distance education does not count.
