Standard Business Sponsor

Required for employers who want to sponsor overseas workers under the 482 Visa.
Businesses must prove legitimacy and meet sponsorship requirements.
Approved sponsors can nominate skilled workers for hard-to-fill roles.

Skills in Demand visa (SID)

(Subclass 482)

Temporary visa for skilled overseas workers when no local workers are available.
Includes Core Skills Pathway, Specialist Skills Pathway and Labour Agreement streams.
Applicants must meet skill, English, and health requirements.
Employers need SBS approval to sponsor

Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186) visa

Permanent visa for skilled workers nominated by an Australian employer.
Includes Direct Entry, Temporary Residence Transition, and Labour Agreement streams.
Requires nomination from employer relevant occupation on the Core Skills Occupation List and work experience.
Leads to permanent residency and a pathway to citizenship.

Training Visa

(Subclass 407)

Helps improve skills in an eligible occupation.
Training must be structured and occupation-related.
